MOSAC 2025 Know Before You Go (Attendees)
General Sessions
General sessions will take place in the Campana Building (across the driveway from the Lodge). Enter through the Campana main entrance for check-in.
What to Wear
Dress comfortably. Business casual or jeans are both common. Wear comfortable shoes—and feel free to rep your program with shirts/hats!
Check-in/Registration
- Friday: Check-in opens at 10:00 AM in Campana.
- Lunch: 11:30 AM–12:15 PM followed by the keynote.
- Check-in continues in Campana foyer until 6:30 PM.
- Saturday: Registration opens 7:30 AM in Campana with breakfast and exhibit hall.
Lanyards
When you check in at MOSAC, you will be given a blue lanyard with your nametag. If you would like to practice social distancing at the conference, a red lanyard will be available. The red lanyard will let people know that you are uncomfortable with any physical contact and would prefer to keep an acceptable social distance between you and others. Choose what fits your comfort; please respect others’ choices.
- Blue lanyard = general interaction.
- Red lanyard = prefer social distancing.
Conference Communication – The Band App
Stay informed on all MOSAC communication updates. Join us on the Band App for updates, schedule changes, and networking. Details are in your conference booklet.
Exhibit Hall
The exhibit hall will be in the Campana Building, where we will also have our general sessions. Visit during built-in exhibit times to explore curriculum, supplies, games, and more. We have exhibitors with everything from curriculum to games, program supplies, and apps specifically designed for afterschool. Be sure to make time to connect with our exhibitors!

Celebration of Afterschool
Dinner on Friday night will include the Celebration of Afterschool where we recognize afterschool professionals from across the state. Wear clothing representing your program for our “Parade of Athletes” themed awards celebration. Join us for a fun, unique banquet experience!

Photos and video will be taken at MOSAC and may be used for future MASN promotions.
Social Events
- Friday: Craft + Sip (after the Celebration), sponsored by Mizzen Education
- Saturday: Recess Revival, sponsored by 220 Youth Leadership & STEMfinity
- Complimentary drink tickets: 1 on Friday, 2 on Saturday. Drink tickets can be used for beer, mixed drinks, soda, and water both evenings. Friday night will have two locations – Thirst (alcohol available) and Marbella A (non-alcoholic drinks). Saturday fun includes raffles—you must be present to win!
Clock Hours
To help us document the impact of MOSAC, we ask that everyone scan their attendance, whether or not you need child care clock hours. Please scan your nametag QR code when leaving sessions. Attendance feeds directly into the MOPD System.
Shuttle Service To and From Avila Suites
Shuttle runs between Avila Suites and the Lodge main entrance throughout the conference.

If you registered a guest for meals, you will receive a meal card at check-in. Guests must show the card at each meal.

- Dinner: $40
2024 MOSAC Meals and Snacks
Menus include options for a variety of dietary needs. If you indicated a dietary need on your registration, you will be provided instructions/alternate meal tickets in your name badge. If you have an alternate meal ticket, you can speak with the server captain at either buffet line for the alternative items.
