Nominations

The Missouri AfterSchool Network will host the annual Celebration of Afterschool recognition ceremony during MOSAC’s Friday evening dinner. We are now collecting nominations via the survey you can find by clicking the button below. You may nominate yourself, your program, or nominate another person/ program in the afterschool field. All individuals being recognized can select the “Presenter/Recognition” registration option for a $75 discount off of the MOSAC registration fee. Even if the individual(s) you are recognizing is not available to be at the MOSAC conference, we encourage you to still nominate them for recognition.   

Outstanding Professional Award

This award is presented to an individual who serves as a model to other afterschool professionals around the state, exhibiting career proficiency and personal excellence. The individual receiving this award should not only be seen as a leader in their programming, but also in making positive contributions to the field of afterschool in Missouri.

Rising Star Award

This award is presented to an individual who has been in the afterschool field for 4 years or less, but has exhibited a passion and excitement for working with school-age youth. The individual receiving this award should be seen as positive, enthusiastic, and innovative in delivering programming to youth each day.
